Just wondering how hard/expensive it is to.replace rcz-r drivers seat?

My one im not entirely happy with the leather.

Is the wreckers my only solution?

Ive got a tear between the lumps on the side and the leather looks a bit creased. Happy to pay to get it repaired but a bit worried that the seat will lose its originality

Mine had a split on the side up near the head rest. A motor trimer can fix that no problem.
this is what mine looks like, having a good look, it looks like stiching it together would fix the tear

the leather is slightly faded too

a few ppl on here highly recommended this product for the fade, which I bought straight away but havent put it on yet, a bit scared of doing it wrong or ruining the existing leather
