My 200 does have all fitment trays I think it depends on if they were replaced by whoever took them off as the screws & nuts can get cross threaded or lost so they just leave them off or throw them in the boot?
There was no central undertray for the petrol engines. Checked with multiple dealers. Central undertray (part number 1) was only available on diesel models.
If you have it on the petrol (the screw points are the same) it was either installed custom or by mistake.
