Window issue

Hi all , looking for some advice for my RCZ . My driver window doesn’t drop when opening the door or close after door is shut , so I have to manually drop it slightly so I can close the door , has anyone else had this issue and may know the cause .

The cause is that the window regulator not a cheap fix common problem.. Best looking for a good second hand one
