Gotta keep it in context mate, only a very small percentage of total RCZ owners on here! I have had my car since launch and it's been pretty much great. Everything works, no rust, no knocks, dash is perfect. There is a little sagging on the drivers seat but that's leather for you - you'll get the same in any marque depending on who has been sitting on it

The dampner will fade pretty quickly when you're sinking the throttle on a nice country road

Hi everyone :wave:

I have expressed in earlier posts, my excitment about picking up my new RCZ on Saturday :dance:

Unfortunately, I am getting more and more concerned about the amount of posts on here stating the problems other owners are experiencing

They list:

Sagging seats
Sagging dash
Knocks
Rattles
Rust
Lights not working
Various other things not working.

My only hope is that these were teething troubles in earlier models that Peugeot have now sorted. The thing is, I am now worried about the quality of my new car, and it has certainly put a dampner on it for me

Fear not Snowy87 the RCZ syndrome will hit you once you have your bum on the seat of one. They are a great car. Always remember a major problem to one person is not an issue to someone else. Having realistic expectations and keeping things in proportion is required with most things in life.
My RCZ is the best car ever and I love it warts and all.

Agree with the above. With forums you only tend to hear about the bad bits. There are many, many people who haven't experienced any problems but they don't post that. It is only a small proportion in reality that have and I wouldn't be very happy if I was one of them, but like all things, there are good and bad examples to be found. I woudn't let the things you mention get you down. Look forward to picking the car up and enjoy it :thumbup:

Have to agree that the problems are few and far between - although if you catch a Lemon, you really seem to catch one.
Enjoy your Saturday and have fun with your new motor - too late now to change your mind anyways :eusa-shhh:

I would be more worried about the sagging :lol:


Have to agree that the problems are few and far between - although if you catch a Lemon, you really seem to catch one.
