Well I've never used an automated car wash and aint gonna start now, wot next just cause they ain't making as much on petrol as they used to there trying to fleece mortorist's some other way. Everybody just sees car drivers as cash cows :thumbdown:

will never happen simply because of it breaking our freedoms which something that traditional with cars cannot to forced into the hands of companies.
Also cars are worth much more in the long run if washed by hand rather than those electric car washes which scratches the paint constantly and is only really good for commercial vehicles.
hand car washes are not too bad actually I used to take my previous car to one occasionally (can't anymore because of the decals) and did not do a bad job especially when its winter and cannot be asked to treat the car to a wash by my own hands.
not forgetting if the government put this policy forward they would be very unlikely to win the next election and would pretty much win the next election on that one policy removal alone. (not forgetting the car cleaning industry is worth a lot of money and would hurt the UK economy more than forcing us to use gas stations to wash vehicles)
