I have been rather vocal about the poor quality service that I have received at the hands of main dealers and so wish to balance that criticism with a bouquet to the main dealers that Peugeot UK asked to look after Pearl2.
Today a CD stopped working in my media system. The consequences were that it would not run and could not be ejected. I could not get the media system to operate any of it's functions ie play radio, jukebox access the telephone or anything, surprisingly even the reversing sensors failed to work.
I made a telephone call to my new dealers, who called to my workplace, took Pearl2 away, repaired it and brought her back in full working order :clap: No pre booking or can't find the problem just calmly performed better that I would have expected.
In my eyes this is not a technical fault but a success story. Well done to my dealer and Peugeot UK :clap:
