I have a 2013 RCZ Diesel which I adore, but I want to update my maps with a USB. I've found that the USB isn't recognised by the RT6 head unit, when I go into MEDIA settings the UBS/ipod choice is greyed out. I changed the USB port but this has made no difference, has anyone got a idea? Do I need to factory reset, if so how do I do that?

Look forward to hearing from you guys?

You could try a BSI reset to see if its software related ?

"Greyed out" could mean not found, try reconnecting the cable in the back of the head unit....

Hi Pedro/Chris,

Thank you for your suggestions, I've just received some radio pins so I can check to see if the connector is firmly in place, if that's ok I'll try a BSI reset too.

Fingers crossed :)
