Upgrading main driving lights - Can add on LED bars be let into the grill? - Cant upgrade existing halogen pods apparently
Seems upgrading my basic halogen pods (fitted to a Gt! - didnt see that one coming when buying) with either of the next later technologies is not allowed, so looking at possibility of fitting super compact single row LED mini-bars. - Not ideal as it leaves dipped beam and verge detection inadequate, however could b really useful driving across Yorks moorland fells, when a herd of Scottish Loghorns can suddenly appear, Very static, blocking the road!
Legal / MOT friendly suggestions welcome. Changing light pods for later ones (with steering lights) though much desirable are just a little too much hassle and expense?
