WOW! So I was a rather lucky boy this year and got myself the various Gtechniq products along with the karcher chassis cleaner for under the car.

The chassis cleaner is brilliant. Essentially just an upturned patio cleaner on wheels that also comes with an attachment to spray shampoo or wax up on the underside of the car. I couldn't believe how much crap came out from under both my RCZ and the girlfriends PT cruiser! I feel much better about the salt on the roads with this in my arsenal. Highly recommend looking at getting one for this time of year.

And having just applied G1 after cleaning the windows with G4 (think I got the right number) I can't believe the difference! I'm completely sold. Just got the bodywork to do now

Hey, another Gtechniq convert - great news :)

G1 is fab, I love it. My brother reminded me on Xmas Day that the G1 on his windscreen was starting to fail after 16 months so he has "booked" his car in to have it reapplied as well as having the whole car Gtechniq'd :). My sister didn't want to miss out either and also wants her new SLK doing too.

Have fun doing it :)

I was lucky with the G1. Managed to find a couple hours where it wasn't raining (crazy in aberdeen I know) so that gave me just the right window to get it done. I think it helped that there was a fair wind blowing as well so that the solvents etc could do their thing.

Some "warmer" drier weather is forecast so if you have a garage it should be warm enough to put C1 on. Temperature is only really a problem when applying EXO which needs panel temperatures of 20 C or above to get it right.
