Stone chips

HI
Washed my car the other day and saw quite a few small stone chips, whats my best option for these? Amber red. Thanks

Cheapest & quickest option - buy a coloured polish, one that roughly matches the colour of the car. This will hide quite a lot of marks.
(scratch cover polish might also help remove the smallest of marks, but be careful not to over rub a small area as it can leave the paint looking different from the surrounding paint).

Next best, get a touch up stick, but ensure its a perfect colour match or you'll do more harm than good.

Final option, paint job I'm afraid. By far the most expensive option, but giving the best result if done correctly.
