well I tried the speed gouverner today, set it to 30mph in the town

when I stopped the smell coming off the car was terrible, I can only assume it was the brakes binding as I was driving as the car tried to stic at 30mph

I shall NOT be trying that feature of the RCZ again, obviously thats how its supposed to work but it certainly didn't like it.

Hi Vass,

I have the speed limiter on my 407 coupe - it should work by controlling the throttle (ie if you're at 30 and put your foot down, the car ignores this and doesn't send any more fuel to the engine) not the brakes. Might be worth talking to the dealer about this mate!
