I agree. I adore red cars. They look so good when detailed up :)
Way off topic as usual... you rcz1,Kerry you only love red cars because you can keep them swirl free  ,as for me i have had 2 red red cars and viewing the paintwork during the summer months was a complete downer...yeah white is in Vogue since around 2008 but there are a vast amount of differences in white's from semolina pug pearl to pug opal.. My frozen white focus makes the pug opal white look like cream,Audis lbis white, is one of the best whites on the market as its a tri- metallic white with a tinge of blue and my favourite white paint again this is subjective

Wow. What a great forum ! Thanks for all the advice guys. I used to have a red Lexus SC430 so been there and done that with the whole red thing. Still veering towards white. Does anyone know which white is the brightest pure white ?

I have a Mini Cooper at the moment which is in Pepper white. Not a white at all more like a cream which I don't want again

Also trying to find a white auto GT 1.6 with the spec I'm after isn't proving easy. Not a lot out there :helpme:

Any way I'll keep hunting and keep my fingers crossed that I'm not waiting too long

Thanks again for all the advice !

In that case you are wanting the Opal White as it is much "Whiter" than the Pearlescent which looks great due to the "flake popping" effect, but is creamier by comparison.

One of the dealers I spoke to said the GT has Bluetooth audio streaming as well as Bluetooth for the phone

Is there Bluetooth audio as standard ? My wife has it on her car and it beats messing around with cables

Bluetooth is standard on all models. However you cannot stream music via Bluetooth if it has the NG4 Sat Nav system.

RCZ1 ...its not that I'm a bad driver (i'm a man I can't be! ,,Can I ?? :eusa-think: ) its merely that kerbs tend to move, I guess much like my drivers heated seat switch that sometimes turns itself to 'on' when I get in the car without
my HANDS touching it.

With regard to any Z colour preference, I think that most members will agree that its not solely down to colour that adds prominence, its the detailing that brings whichever colour you choose to greater life ,,especially if the paint is 'matt' which I'm sure certain (magnetic) owners will have quickly found out!

.the big blue (hoping to move from the back bench to the middle of the chamber soon ,,in the event that my black sortileges' pass scrutiny) !

There are only just over 500x RCZ autos registered in the UK. Autotrader list 35x for sale of which 6x are white (3x Opal and 3x Pearl). Peugeot list 2x white autos (both Pearl). Therefore by specifying white you have a choice of 8x cars nationally (I didn't check if there was any duplication). That's the problem with being too specific on colour!

...I of course meant ASPHALT not magnetic re, matte paint. an unacceptable schoolboy error hence still a back bencher!

We knew what you meant (or at least guessed as much) :eusa-think:
