Hi there i,m getting prepared for winter :D Got my deicer, scraper, anti freeze, snow shovel and rock salt but does anyone know which are the best snow socks for the 19" Black Onyx wheels? Some RCZ branded ones would be cool but that might be too much to ask

No scraping or de-icer here either. Instead a nice warm garage :)

NO WAY am I risking those beautiful curves trying to squeeze into the garage. The RS only JUST fits in and the RCZ is wider.......

What's a "student" doing with an RCZ???? Is this what we taxpayers are paying for these days??

I got 235x35x19 winter tyres for £156 each, instead of 235x40x19s being £350 each!

Hi

Have you told your insurance co about the different size of your winter tyres...some get a bit funny about it if they are not exactly the same size as the normal tyres!

You dont want to give them an excuse to get out of paying if you need to claim.

Not got them on yet.... but they DARE try and charge me more on my premium for a couple of months with this 'modification'. Spending a samll fortune to save myself going in a ditch and putting in a claim...... oh don't get me started :eusa-whistle: :eusa-whistle:

But yes, I know Insurers can be a*rseholes when trying to void a claim..... won't be chancing it......

don't worry the rcz did not come through taxpayers money unless you count a combination of myself and a loan from my father :)
