Should I buy the RCZ

Hey I’m new here. I’m looking to get a Peugeot RCZ and I’ve found a couple. It’s 2012 year model with 99,132 km on it. I’m 17 attending school should I buy this car?

It means to stop and repair the car. But STOP is written on the dashboard when starting the car, so maybe take it for a ride.
