How is talking on a handsfree or bluetooth device any different to talking to a passenger in the car... Maybe drivers should sit in a soundproof bubble and drive...

For personal reasons, Im in favour of a ban on smoking in the car.

i have a strict no food or drink in the car rule :evil: much to my office administrators dismay when out across town on an errand, and i made her stand outside and finish her costa coffee before returning to work :lol:

Drinking and eating is okay in very few select circumstanses. No smoking whatsoever. People that smoke in their car drives me mad, and even more so if it's a rare or expensive car.
