SD Card format

Hi - im using a sd card for my music. I have a 4 gb card and is working fine. I just found a old micro sd card with 64 GB storage. I want to use it with a adaptor. But i have no idea how to format this and if 64 GB is even possible. Does anyone know what the SD card limits are ?

I have a 32GB SD card installed and it works fine, I assume a 64GB one will work just as well.

The card must be formatted on the computer using FAT format and full format, not quick format.
