Save adressbook failed

Hi guys,
I try yesterday to save the adressbook but it failed.
Have anyone an idea how to save it on usb or sd?
Or is this option just listing and not available?

I never saw these options in my wipcom 3d. I didn't know they existed. should you save them on a pendrive? but the address book is not taken from the connected mobile phone? why should she be saved?

You have this option in the hidden menu (1+2+3). The adressbook is saved on the hdd. I don't use a smartphone in my car because I use the integrated SIM card in the armrest.
