Rust near the discs

I have noticed that there is a build up of rust near my discs hard to explain but it doesn't look good. It seems strange to pay a premium for gloss black callipers only for this rust to appear, the car is only 10 months old and I would have expected better. Has anyone else had this problem and were they able to get a resolution from peugeot.
The pictures below show what I am taking about, obviously not the rust on the discs that is normal on all cars if stood for a while.

I suspect that every RCZ is/was the same as in this picture. Apparently this area is a part of the brake disc and not the hub as I described it as, to my main dealer. He said that the rust was a characteristic of not only the RCZ but many other makes and models and was a result of the huge amount of heat generated. Some forum members have used silver hammerite to good effect
