Running USB to centre console

Hi all

Just ordering my brodit kit so that I can mount my iPhone to the left of the centre console. I will also need to run a USB cable from the port in the armrest to the phone mount. Is there a neat way to do this without trailing cables?

I've noticed a small black square in the armrest and hoping this simply pops out to run the cable. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers in advance.

I have run a cable from under the centre box (rear of) and brought the cable out to the side of the odb port.
This cable then tucks neatly away under the edge of the ashtray.
