This email is from China domain name registration center, which mainly deal with the domain name registration and dispute internationally in China.
We received an application from Huaxiong Ltd on October 14, 2013. They want to register " peugeotrczforum " as their Internet Keyword and " peugeotrczforum .cn "、" peugeotrczforum .com.cn " 、" peugeotrczforum .net.cn "、" peugeotrczforum .org.cn " domain names etc.., they are in China domain names. But after checking it, we find " peugeotrczforum " conflicts with your company. In order to deal with this matter better, so we send you email and confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China or not?

Thanks for the heads up guys. Just another scam to be honest. Seen this a few times. Basically trying to sell extra domain names that are similar to what we are using by making it seem someone else is going to register them first.
