Rear 1/4 panel out of shape !!

Hi , my sister in law has a 6 month old RCZ, the rear 1/4 panel has develoed a small bulge and the garage is trying to fob her off saying they have pushed it back in and looks better, I have told better isn't good enough when you have just bought a £30k car with minimal mileage, has any else had problems with a mishapen body panel, thanks stevel
