Did anyone who watches emmerdale notice Charity is driving a mercury grey RCZ GT  My husband was laughing because I got so excited when I seen it

Yep! Good to see that the RCZ is viewed so highly that a TV show uses it when they could use anything.

The cynic in me suggests that some sort of sponsorship offer came from Peugeot to the producers to sweeten the promotion of the RCZ in the storyline, and now that Charity has moved out it showed nicely that the boot can take several large suitcases  . I first saw it on Tuesday and yelled at the TV in my excitement. My mum was shocked to discover I'd opted for such a sporty car

Now you mention it, it did seem to get more air time than most cars in soaps do  or maybe the camera man just couldn't keep his eyes off it

Charity's car turned up in tonight's ep with a puncture. Cain said "Why don't you just change to the spare?" and her response was she didn't know how to. Boy, are they in for a surprise!!! Wonder where they'll get a Continental in the back end of the Dales  ?

Whats the betting that Cain has a replacement in stock ! ! If he has , forget Peugeot Assistance and get Cains telephone number.

Maybe the whole idea is to promote the inflation kit by showing that you don't need to know how to change a spare ;)

I think it will need more than the sealant and compressor to get her going again. She was driving the car with the puncture which had caused the tyre to come off the rim. She also damaged the alloy wheel. I noticed this as I glanced from behind the book I was reading on nuclear physics. :greetings-wavingblue:

Hi L, I do love your sense of humour. It’s next to the coos and the sheep. The RCZ does have a rather large boot. :greetings-wavingblue:

It certainly does...so, let's see...coos, sheep, moose, scuba-diving equipment, swimming togs, gym togs...it's a good job there's NO spare wheel - there's no room
