RCZ Bluetooth & Satnav Errors...

I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this but my satnav no longer works. I can enter addresses but once I click ok to navigate there it says it cannot work out a route at this time. It cannot even navigate to my saved home location.
Aside from that if I connect bluetooth from my phone to my car it keeps on saying caller unknown on the screen as if its either dialled someone by itself or answered an incoming call, but on my mobile it doesn't show up as anything. Weird!!!
I've tried resetting it and restarting my car but no luck Hmmmm.

I would just book it in and get the software updated. Should be perfect as it's new

Thanks I'll get onto it asap. Worst nav design ever...even for the brief moment it did work lol.

I use to have the colour folder screen on my last RCZ and it was more trouble than it's worth. Just have standard screen now and seems good . Don't let it put you off, they are great cars

the only trouble I have with my 2014 nav is when the car was sitting in bright sun for a while. Then the satnav starts and does a quick self-reboot. After that it works flawlessly.
