1)
To get to step 1 press the setup button on stereo
Then select configuration, display configuration.
2)
step 2 , select units
3) step 3 , Select mpg and MPH
If you get to units part and it only shows the screwed picture , which was happening on my car , it means the SD card is corrupted.
Hence I swopped out the card and replaced with a new SD card
