Hey there team,

So, i Have the THP200 for a couple of years, currently at Peugeot for a flurry of issues that nobody really knows how to fix, even after i was meticulous with the car. So, if all goes well and Peugeot manages to find out whats wrong and skin me alive in the process i have decided to go crazy with the mods since, if its gonna break, its gonna break.

so i'm at 200 hp now and i want to get as much as possible (near or more R-levels)

1) A new exhaust will take me around 220hp (I'm thinking the Remus one as i like how it sounds, especially if i can find a dual one, as i think the quad ones are overkill for a 4 cylinder car...ideas on where to get a dual symmetrical one(R like) would be appreciated)

2) Remapping with the exhaust will take me around 263 hp (https://www.etuners.gr/peugeot-rcz-1-6t ... e-2-98ron/)

what are the next steps before the engine blows up?

1) New turbo? how much hp will it give? does it need a bigger intercooler (mind you average temperatures are 10-35 degs celcius) will they fit inside the engine bay without sawing off parts?

2) Are forged pistons an option? has anyone changed them? is it worth the hassle?

Besides the performance upgrades, should one invest in new disks and calipers?i saw some 380mm but are crazy expensive (4K+) and i'm not sure the mounts of the R are identical to the THP200.

Sell the 200 and buy yourself an R. Comes cheaper and less hustle. :greetings-wavingblue:

That's a great idea bro. Wonder why didn't I think of it. Ah yes, there aren't any R's in Greece and to even sell mine would take close to a year and then I'd have to import one from Austria or Germany or Italy.

Anyone have at least info if I can put a bigger turbo as mine is probably whack and I will have to buy a new one? And I'd rather get an aftermarket one rather than the stock one?

you can put the R turbo or you can repair yours and make it hybrid with bigger parts

Current Turbo is out of the car, probably going to repair it and enlarge it (@ Κλαδης), not sure i get get my hands on an "R" turbo at this point, unless my current one is beyond repair (which i find it unlikely), i did wonder what a "hybrid" turbo is though, is this just that? a fancier name for "modified/enlarged"
