Hopefully some of you knowledgeable chaps can help with this, because my garage is stumped.
2013 RCZ 1.6, 22k.
The car's had intermittent power loss problems for weeks (turbo not boosting), but now it's become permanent.
There are no fault codes, it's been checked by my independent garage. My OBD reader shows boost is always negative, except for the rare occasion when it decides to kick in.
What to do? I've read about de-coking, HPFP, or potentially a new timing chain.
Is the only course of action to start throwing money at it until the right bit gets replaced?
Thanks
