Hey guys!

Take a look at this;

Its a concept car from Peugeot called the Shine. Its soooooo beautiful - dunno much about it. The web page is http://dualpartner.com/search/peugeot+shine/

Maybe someone else knows more about it. I thought Flash was my forever car but if they make this I want one - its Flash's older, sexier, beefier brother!!! Apparently the doors open up the way like a lamborghini :p

Just browsing the web looking for RCZ piccies (!!!!) and found this.

Cheers
Scarlet

Nice car, the backend is a little RCZ in it's layout, the front is certainly different, I suppose it depends what engine they put into it, I don't think a 1.6T is going to do it justice somehow, that's screaming V8 :thumbup: The price is certainly going to be over the £50K mark if they are going after the big boys, if not it will not be taken seriously.

Nice, but...

1) I prefer the back of the RCZ, apart from the central exhaust (which was, of course, a feature of the RCZ concept).
2) I love the front, but not sure how road-legal it could be; strikes me it would need a heck of a lot of remodelling to put legal lights etc. I also like the lack of a wide gaping mouth, but will it suck enough air in.

Think this will stay a concept.

WOW, cool car, very batmobile-ish, but even if it did make the production line methinks it would be WAAAAAYYY out of my price range. I'll stick with Freddie for now :thumbup:

Would trade the RCZ in a heartbeat for this bad boy , looks like Peugeot are really lifting there game big time to rival Audi and the other big boys

good decade away before we can see anythnig like that ..

Peugeot is streamlining their showroom. replacing the 407 and the 607 with the new 508.

Hopefully when they erradicate the guff and leave the gems then buyer interest will start to trickle over from premium buyers.

If they really sorted out the Golf sized sector it would send them leaps and bounds toward their goal.

Stunning car indeed, a lot of times a decade away and design then evolves to blandness. This would be a far streamlined front end face.. I remember being attracted to the comfortable ride in the back of the exective series Taxi 406s...thus I did go for one as a shopping trolley car. Excellent it was whilst needing new drop links each and every 2 years as rubbers perished.

The weight of the doors will be quite substantial, x4 doors opening vertical, well thats a huge amount of specialist door hinges that weigh crying lot more than standard doors. So I think that will definitely be toned down. Ever tried opening a Lambo door at a peage that is tight? Impossible with the high walls lol...
