Hi all, i currently own a 2011 rcz 2.0 hdi on 112k miles.

It currently is cranking over but not firing.
Put some brake cleaner in and still, wouldnt fire up then i tried some easystart and still just crank. Never attempted to fire.

Could this be the fuel cut off solenoid.

Can it be low on compression?

Timing belt?

Im at a loss with this car.

Could anyone point me in the direction where to go?

Please message me if you want to hear it trying to crank.

Send me your suggestions for me to forward to my mechanic

Thanks all.

Check the battery for CC Amps
Check the fuel pressure aka pump pressure
Crankshaft/Camshaft sensor Faulty ?
Immobilizer fault ?
Blocked fuel filter?
Throttle position sensor?
Air in fuel lines prime the system = Priming pump so turn on ignition but do not start for 30 seconds turn off then crank for 15 secs if doesn't start repeat procedure (cycle form the key)
Cranking speeds (battery fault)
Low compression?
Electrical faults
