Over heating

On start up from cold STOP sign temperature fly's to red,. fan on F5 fuse blown.Then whilst In use the same applies but false reading as car used normally with All this going on

Is the air con & heater working as per normal
Temp fluctuations usually point to the sensor or a wiring issue ?

Yes all is working but I notice that all is ok on tick over it's under acceleration that all lets loose the F5 fuse blows which sets off the fan and gauges register over heating ,could it be connected to the air flow? Any help would be appreciated.

I forgot the car does not over heat it's a false reading.

Blown fuse means its wiring issues?
