Any one had a problem with a loose connection? I get intermittent screen, or no screen sometimes. They have tried to fix it once, and are going to try again. I think it Must be a loose connection on the screen. Car is 2 years old. :(

My car does the same thing, only not very often. About five times in the last two months.
Can your dealer tell you what causes the problem?
Mine is a 2011 model

Hi din
Mine did the same when I first bought it back in August. On an 11 plate. Less of an issue if the screen was tilted right forward but in either of the other two positions, picture would break up or disappear all together.
Took it straight back to the garage and they replaced the whole unit. Think yours should still be covered by the warranty tho someone else may correct me on that. Took two hours as the cabling runs round the back of the glove box behind the dashboard, so the whole lot had to come out, but all working perfectly.......for now. ;-)

Just bought a 10 plate with this issue. It's out of warranty, does anyone know anybody that's had the replacement done or connections repaired aftermarket, or done it themselves?
