PLEASE can anyone help.
My NG4 sat nave seems to be crashing, heres whats happening.
When i try to input a destination it keeps saying that a destination is already there and do I want to "replace it and continue", even though I have NOT put in a destination, so i click yes anyway then i get the "please wait" message that just goes on and on and on.
I have tried "abborting destination" but it still wont allow me to put in a new destination, i just keep getting the "please wait" message.
This has happened before and it stayed like it for days then just came on allowing a new destination to be put in.
If i reset to factory settings will i lose all my music and safety cameras ?
It looks as though the car will have to go back to the dealers AGAIN, the 4th time in as many weeks.
It really is getting ridiculous now.
