New radio unit

Had a new unit fitted on Monday only to get the car back with small scratches around the housing of the plastic trim

Ano this might be petty... Spoke to arnold clark an they have told me to take it in

What do you guys think

I think that cosmetically your car should be returned in the same condition as when you dropped it off at the dealer. If that doesn't happen you should definitely start a 'dialogue' with them!

Funny you should say that. I'm just the same.

To me its basic workmanship, personal standards, the expectation to do the best you can, especially if you are being paid to do it. Its also common courtesy to treat someone else's property with the respect it deserves.

I come across all sorts of shoddy workmanship and behaviours and often wounder to myself what must these peoples houses and cars be like, if that's the way they behave and treat others.

Pi**es me right off. I would have it straight back there and demand its changed. I would also be asking why they thought it was OK to return it to a customer in that condition in the first place :evil:

I moaned at my dealer after it's service and didn't bother cleaning it, leaving fingerprints everywhere!

You definitely should complain.

If I bought your car and seen the fascia was scratched id want money off it. They have devalued your car.
