Hi new to this forum as am thinking of purchasing an RCZ .I always liked the look ,its a bit more exiting than a TT and less Girly
Anyway looked at 2 cars both 1.6 petrol one a 10 plate the other 11, test drove one and was very impressed ,but i here stories of this engine running rough and a serious timing chain design fault .Is it really as bad as i here on this forum ?
I used to work in a peugeot dealership and 4 and half years ago i purchased a 308 hdi ,and must admit to not having much in the way of problems .Front suspension spring broke both replaced under warranty ,and an earth fault in the rear indicators that should of gone back on a recall. The car car has bee reliable with the engine being the best part of it .Is very smooth for a diesel and very nippy ,take off like the proverbial
Its been such a good car allbeit a bit bland but practical ,that i am in two minds whether to get rid only to take on problems
Many thank Mark
