New GT 200 Owner + Chipped windscreen

Hey Guys,

Just thought I'd introduce myself to this forum as it seems a very helpful place.

I've Picked up my new (Well ex demo) Black GT 200 yesterday and am very please with it- looks amazing and drives great.

Annoyingly though it has already got a chip on the windscreen which I didn't notice when I collected yesterday so assume it must have happened in my first couple of drives today Just out of curiosity is this a common thing with these cars? or was I just very unlucky- Hopefully getting it repaired tomorrow or in next couple of days so hopefully it won't become a bigger/more expensive problem.

Hi and welcome, very useful and friendly forum this indeed so get stuck in and enjoy. I'm going to curse myself here as I've done 27k miles in 18months and no chips (touches wooden table) It has been hit a couple of times but I got away with it somehow.

Yeh, I saw that stripe in back of their new brochure and really liked it, so had it done before I picked it up
