NO!!! Not NICE, but nasty.
The more I read of the way in which the British motorist is being castigated for just going about transporting themselves, their family and their goods, the more grateful I am that I buggered off to Spain when I did.
The latest attack on the motorist seems to be from an organisation that should be concentrating on getting health facilities to those who need it.
Instead they seem to be diverting time, effort and possibly their budget into being an interfering nanny on all things nothing to do with them, per se.
This is N.I.C.E. the same arrogant outfit that acts as god on what drugs should be provided by the NHS in Britain, to those who need them.
Bog off and do your job and stop poking your nose into things that do not, or should not, concern you.
Rant over, for now!

Our lot, round here, of interfering wossnames are obsessed, or so it seems, with raised crossings at either end of, and all through, villages.
With ten centimetres of clearance the seat runner mounting bolts on the Zero must have their heads worn flat by now!!
