My weekends are ruined

Thanks to the work of RCZ1 my weekends will never be the same again  Being able to escape the trip into town for "just to look around" will need careful consideration from now on. May need to invite her mother to stay over from now on. I get then say I'll stay here so that you can spend quality time with mummy.

The reason for all of this became abundantly clear to me just now, as it's been two weeks since Pearl2 had her day of attention from the Detailing Wright team. So she was covered in dead bodies and tree sap. I snow foamed her and then left her to dwell whilst I ate my breakfast. Power washed her and all of the died creatures were gone! the paint work was smooth as a babies bum and the bucket of soap and water was superfluous  I didn't want to waste it, but really the usage was really unnecessary. The two drying towels were reduced to one.

The moral of this story is DO NOT allow gtechniq exo v2 anywhere near your pride and joy  the water cascaded off of the windows and bonnet, resembling a water fall  But seriously this stuff is the dogs b$ll$cks and if it does last for anywhere near the two years suggested, then I'll be clothes shopping with the wife rather too much.

Thanks Kerry

I have discovered another downside to this wonderful gtechniq stuff. I had to turn my own lights on today. normally the car knows that it is raining because either the screen is wet or possibly because the wipers are on and so it turns my lights on also. This morning however because the rain beaded up and disappeared the screen was dry and no need for the wipers. It was so darn dark due to the atmospherics that I had to pull over and work out how to turn my own lights on manually. Never had to do that before

Did the dealer not talk you through it when you picked it up? :p
