My RCZ - Detailed!

So as promised in my Noob thread, pics of my ride. Car has only 200km on the clock but it had horrible swirl marks all over. Salesman said the car came like that from the factory

Short list of things done and products used:
1. Car was clayed using Autoglym Claybar and Meguiars Quick Detailer
2. Paint was restored using Meguiars Ultimate Compound using light cutting pads (car is new and most of the damage was limited to swirls)
3. Locked in the gorgeous finish using Mezerna Power Lock. 1 Coat for now, will do the second coat this weekend.
4. Rims was cleaned using Meguiars Cleaner Wax and then also sealed with some Power Lock
5. Exhaust tips polished with Meguiars Metal Polish

Final results and introduction to my hottie! :greetings-wavingblue:

Thanks guys. The finish is not quiet as wet as what you get with a carnauba wax but apparently durability is much better.

Looks top shelf buddy.
I used to have a black Astra Sri with a similar metalic speckle to your Z, it looked awesome when it had been polished up and waxed, just like yours do now.

The sunny blue skies are normal  Im from South Africa and its like that 90% of the time. Even in the winter its never really goes below 0 degrees C and goes to about 20 degrees C maximum. This weekend it was sunny blues, 32 degrees outside. Perfect weather to spend some time with the RCZ, cleaning and driving

Ban this bloke. We do not need to read about weather like that. Well not in the midst our deep dark winter

LOL, it is really nice but sometimes it gets a bit hot. We, like Australia, also had one or two heatwaves which wasnt very pleasant... So in actual fact, i wont mind slightly cooler weather. If we are lucky we get a bit of snow again this year !
