Menu buttons center console

Hi all,
To my fustrations the menu buttons on the center console seems not to work. Neither does the usb plug in the center console storage box.
I presume it might be a loose connector somewhere, but I'm not able to find it.
Or is it one of the hidden fuses?

Anyone has good suggestions?

Sounds like a problem with the stereo itself to me. The USB is connected directly to the back of it.
