Manual spoiler not working

Hi I test drove my new to be rcz and I tried the button that operated the spoiler , which didn't raise , you could here the motor but no lift , is there a lock on it or anything ??

No, should work when just pressing the button. Maybe some plastic/metal bits that are attached to the spoiler itself is cracked or unhinged so it fails to move?

Try leaving the button in ON mode (light on in the button) and feel the spoiler with your hands. If you can move it then something's definitely broken.

Cheers , have u got to wait any length of time for it to lift

You probably just couldn't see it. Try it and get somebody to stand at back of car.

Make sure the light is coming on the button ie you hold for long enough.

Sorry I haven't replyed Iam on holiday in Spain I pick the car up Sunday 10th , anyway whilst I was pressing the button it lit up could here motor , I got the guy from the garage to look but it didn't move , they said they would sort it before I picked the car up

Hi there, mine did the same I took it back into Peugeot & it had frozen like a computer, they re-booted it & all ok now. :thumbup:
