Low Microphone Volume

Is there any way to increase the volume of my microphone? I have an NG4 unit.

When talking handsfree the people have problems hearing me, unless I'm speaking really loud / borderline screaming. I put everything on max on my phone and can hear people normally. But the microphone seems really low in volume.

Tried but it's not working. I guess the mic is broken or faulty.

Maybe a soft ware update issue usually when the phone rings it will come through as per the volume set through the speakers check your settings failing that have a word with a very Friendly Peugeot tech
