Locking wheel nut problem resolved, relieved.

Hi, I had a broken wheel nut key problem on my 307, made worse by a local mechanic snapping of the round piece at the front of the nut.
It's the thought of a puncture, after a fortnight of frustration a great relief to get it sorted .
The main dealers were not much use, the local garage spent an hour making it worse, then found this guy in Reading, spoke to him and traveled up from south London this morning ( a Sunday) he had it out with a special tool he had made in about 5 minutes and no damage.
Well worth the trip,

I am so pleased I intend posting this elsewhere.

I had a problem with my locking wheel bolt, in that the collar separated from the shaft (the wheels had only been removed 3 times previously).
It had basically separated at the spline that joins the collar to the shaft. Fortunately I took it straight to the dealership where they removed the broken and the 3 non broken. Also they charged me for the work, but after a call to peugeot UK HQ they agreed to reimburse me via the dealership. Still waiting for full reimbursement from the dealership.
