Kenlowe Pre-heater

Hi

I've been looking at a Kenlowe pre-heater and one of the questions is

Please note, you need to establish before purchasing that both these vehicles allow water flow from the engine and through the dashboard matrix when the vehicle is idle i.e. no valves exist to block flow.

Any idea ?

Im not 100% but the vehicle does heat up when Idle, but very slowly. So I would assume it would be ok :?
