Karcher PR and snow foam help please

Hi detailers I need some help please.

I have a karcher PR that I took off dad as he bought another and it has a clear bottle sat below the handle of PR and I assume it is where the snow foam went as it has a clear pipe leading from it into the unit?

I put snow foam in but nothing? Is that completely wrong which I believe it is and does snow foam only work with a lance??

Help please for a snow foam virgin

If you want the full benefit of snow foam then you need to buy a foam lance. You have full control of dilution - how thick or otherwise you want your foam. You don't have the same control or cleaning power with those on a power washer.

Yea the bottle that came with my nilfisk washer was useless u'll have to buy a proper snowfoam lance.

How do you have your lance set and what dilution do you use on your nilfisk?

I cant seem to get the foam thick enough :S

Two fingers of valet pro snowfoam a dash of ur car shampoo and topped up with water. As for settings turned nob in the middle, don't think it was thick enough the 1st time but will now better Saturday morn when I've another go at. That was my 1st go at it and i thought it was ok till i saw Ron's which was like Palmolive shaving foam so I'll needa turn it up a bit I've now got a sore finger.

You turn the valve all the way to the - sign I think it is for thickest foam (I can never remember without looking at the lance)

Well that's what I do at least. I always mix a full bottle full and there's no point not using it up and so I turn the dial the whole way towards the - sign :wtf:
