Is this normal ?

I was contacted by Peugeot customer service on this forum regarding issues with hubs as the car is brand new. They asked me for details of the car and my contact number and informed me that they will help me in getting this sorted. I provided all the information requested and to my surprise I have not heared anything back not even an acknowledgment.

As I have recently switched to the world of Peugeot I am just wondering if this is normal . ? My confidence in the brand is shrinking due to a number of issues

Any comments ?

No this is most emphatically not normal. I and several other forum members have had similar contact with "peugeot group" on this forum and they have been amazing at sorting out various issues that have been discussed within this forum.

I personally have benefited on more than one occasion and it is only through their input that my confidence in Peugeot is "sky high"

So I hope that you too will find this level of confidence in the very near future.

RCZ1 , any good wheel cleaners in Hal odds, I need to get the tar off. ( I have a chance at popping in to Hal odds while I'm out with the family today)

If its tar that you want to remove then get a tar remover. It will work on your wheels as well as your paintwork. Autoglym do one that you will be able to get from Halfords.

I have only good things to say about Peugeot's customer care and service and the Peugeot member on the forum was quick to respond to my correspondence and take action. I'm sure he will be in touch shortly!
