Ipod Filter

Hi Guys,
Im sure its been covered before, but I cant find anything.
I have a 3rd gen 30gb ipod. It works great in my car if I want to listen to the songs by artist. I have had a look in the book and it says to keep hold of the list button to change the filter to album, tracklist ect?

This doesnt come up on mine. I was just wondering if this is correct? Or do I need a newer ipod to be able to do this?

It should do but only if using by USB connection.

Have you got another iPod or phone with your music on that you can try? It always worked for me?

Yeah, I could put some music on a memory stick and give that a try.

No, I just have the standard headunit.

If i doesnt work, then its not a major disaster, Its just annoying f I download a new album and dont know the tracks lol

Oh, by the way, I got it to work. I was trying to do it while in the list, but I tried it from the normal screen showing what song is playing and it worked
