iphone-bluetooth on RD4: display

I use an iphone 4 through bluetooth on the standard RD4 connect sound. It works fine, but on the monchrome display I only get a long meaningless code and not a readout of the track playing. Please could someone tell me if this is the best I can do, or can I get it to display properly -then I could use the peugeot controls to change to other tracks etc.

I get the same with the iPhone 4 something along these lines a:1 b:2 c:3 etc...? If connected using the USB display reads with the track and shows an iPod connected.

Thanks, yes, that's how it displays on mine. I wonder if this can be changed.

Why not just buy a usb stick. No itunes needed. No cables. Drag and drop from the OS...

Thanks. Already using a usb stick. would still be useful to have same functions with the bluetooth connection.
