Hi I have just joined this site and I have a particular problem that I find it hard to believe cannot be sorted. I have a 2014 RCZ R. I have only just started using my Sat Nav and have a problem when entering a post code. I will use a fictitious code as an example. Say I want to put code CV358SA this is an old old address of mine I enter CV358 and it gives me a menu with three alternatives one is two miles from where I live one is half a mile and the third is one mile. I need to be able to put in the rest of my code i.e. SA to give an exact destination. If you cannot do this it makes the sat nav useless especially when looking for a particular house two miles away is of no use at all. I would appreciate any help anyone can give.

This is a simple fix, you need to update the firmware of your head unit / audio unit, later software upgrade gives full 7 digit post codes. The 5 digit is because this car is French / European, they have a number system for the post codes which is 5 digits, they forgot about us in the UK, though eventually they did sort it.
