Does anyone have or could make a detailed guide on how to remove the silver U shaped thing under the lion badge and the chrome slats in the bumper?

Im not sure if theres an easier way, but the badge needs to come out through the back of the bumper, and then you push the clips of the chrome bit from the back of the badge.

Sorry Im not more descriptive, its been a long day :?
