Its not available on the RCZ due to the window opening slightly when you open the door. I have no idea why one would affect the other though.

But the windows did the same in my 3 series coupe but they still opened and closes from the key fob more like cost cutting.

Yeah, I guess so. My OHs 308cc had the option on the BSI through Peugeot planet, although next to it it said non cc models so I never turned it on. Im not sure if the RCZ would have it on there.

Is so stupid... we need entry in the car again, turn it on, and close the the opened windows... in 308 is possible open and close, anyone try to activate the option in bsi?

Ive asked the Tech guy at my local dealers and apparantly it cannot be done, there's just no option available to do it.
Even my old 2004 Polo could open close the windows by using the remote, and my old 2006 Astra could open & close windows by using the remote.

My 406 coupe did it and was a bit annoyed when my RCZ didn't!

Hang on...at what point did we become unable to press a button to close our windows IN the car as opposed to when we get out?! ;) :p I haven't actually checked if my new car can do it... :eusa-think:

Rizzo my good fellow, the closing option is handy if you lock the car put notice that you left a window slightly open, it saves you going back to the car and opening it up,then turning on the ignition just to close a window.
Also the windows close automatcally if you deadlock from the remote, now that is handy

Well I tested the new whip to see if it has the feature just yesterday...it doesn't and it doesn't even have rimless doors!

It's a handy little feature... until your keys get pressed in your pocket as you go inside... and then in rains... (as I recently found out on our Octavia)

Rizzo,
did you try deadlocking with the remote and holding the lock button down .

Normally to deadlock the doors you would need to double click the lock button on the remote, so try doubling clicking the lock button but then on the second click hold the button down for a few seconds. :eusa-think:
Obviously have a window open to see if it closes by itself. :p
To see if you can open a window just press the open button but again hold the button down for a few seconds.

This worked on my previous Astra Sri and my VW Polo, and also works on my lads Beemer.

Ps.
The Z has deadlock option, so maybe the windows will close in the deadlock mode :eusa-think:
Will give it a go later.

Hmmmm...I'm not sure if I did try that actually. I'm away to snow foam her just now so will check after that.

Well Jactac    you were right!! If I deadlock the doors and then hold down the locking button then they do indeed close. Cheers for that piece of advice mate!!!

Same on my Caddy van. If you hold the unlock button, it will open the windows. Ideal to let the heat out on a hot day.
