How happy am I?

I picked up my Dolphin Blue RCZ GT156 just over a week ago and cannot tell you how happy I am with it! The drive is great and road holding amazing. Not opened it up yet as like to give it a gentle first 1000 miles or so but it feels like there is plenty of power waiting to be called on.

The pics show the car after its first wash. I had Supaguard treatment and just used the kit supplied to clean and wash the car and as you can see it has come up really well. Read a lot about detailing and cleaning regimes on here, but each to his own I guess and I am trying to be practical as my RCZ will be used as my everyday car and I cannot keep it spotless all the time sadly.

I ordered on 10th June when I originally was thinking about an Audi TT but saw the RCZ, had a short test drive and I was hooked. It took exactly 3 months to arrive and I collected it on 10th September. Have to say my dealer was terrific and kept me informed as to progress. Great that he was prepared to spend 2 hours with me during the hand-over making sure I was very happy with everything and even set up the blue tooth for my phone.

Since I have owned my RCZ I have not seen another on the road so I am probably the guy with a smug look driving around East Sussex. For those still waiting for their car to arrive do try to be patient as I can honestly say that it really is worth the wait!

It does look really shiny Stevie. Pleased to read that you are enjoying your RCZ

Supaguard or any other paint protectant, is all down to preparing the paintwork properly before its applied. If this stage is done well, then there isn't a problem with them. But in my experience and others that I know off, this has not been the case. But from your pictures, it does look good. My RCZ will be my daily driver but I do tend to wash my car every week so it doesn't get too bad. As you say, each to their own.
